Terms of Service

1. About the Service

VIZARCE is an AI prompt-engineering tool for music generation (compatible with Suno AI and similar platforms). The service is provided by Vitaliy Zhakun, sole proprietor (ФОП), Ukraine ("we", "VIZARCE").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using VIZARCE, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

3. Your Account

Using the service requires registration via Google OAuth or email/password. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

  • Free — up to 5 AI generations per month, free of charge
  • Pro — unlimited AI generations, $9/month, billed via Lemon Squeezy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page; Pro access continues until the end of the already-paid period.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Use the service to generate content that infringes third-party copyright
  • Attempt to circumvent technical limits of the service (generation quotas, authentication)
  • Use automated scripts to call the API in bulk outside the normal interface
  • Pass off AI-generated content as the work of a specific real artist without their consent

6. Intellectual Property

Prompts, tags, and projects you create in VIZARCE belong to you. VIZARCE does not claim rights to content generated by Suno or other platforms based on your prompts. The VIZARCE code, design, and structure remain the property of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

VIZARCE is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that generated prompts will produce an expected musical result on third-party platforms (Suno, Udio, etc.) — their behavior is outside our control. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms regarding content generated using our prompts.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account for violation of these terms, including abuse of AI endpoints or attempts to bypass quotas.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or within the app.
