1. What Data We Collect

• Account data: email, name (from Google OAuth, if used to sign in)
• Usage data: number of AI generations, subscription plan, account creation date
• Content: your projects, prompts, tags, Artist DNA settings — stored so you can return to your work

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the service itself (saving projects, tracking generation quota)
• To process payments (via Lemon Squeezy)
• For technical support and responding to inquiries

3. Third Parties We Share Data With

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting (US/EU depending on selected region)
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing as Merchant of Record; they receive your email and payment details directly, we neither see nor store them
• Anthropic (Claude API) — your generation requests (track concept, selected tags) are sent for processing; Anthropic does not use this data to train models, per their commercial API policy
• Sentry — technical error diagnostics (may include error context snippets, not the full content of your projects)

4. Data Retention

Your account and project data are retained while your account is active. After account deletion, data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. transaction records).

5. Your Rights

• Obtain a copy of your data
• Delete your account and associated data (available in profile settings)
• Correct inaccurate data

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to store your authentication session and some interface preferences (e.g. selected language). These are not third-party advertising cookies.

7. Children's Privacy

The service is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age.

We will notify you of material changes by email or within the app.
